Abstract

Universities are responsible to conduct research for National Development. This happened in the developed states long ago. The developing countries like Pakistan, however, started very recently. HEC is making all out efforts for creating ‘Research-Culture’ through funding in the academic research projects and promoting teachers on their degree of expertise in research skills and publications.
